Vaccinations

State Program

The Acton Public Health Nursing Services participates in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Vaccine Program and obtains vaccinations from the state program.

Available Vaccinations

  • DTP - Diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis
  • Hepatitis A (adults and children)
  • Hepatitis B (adults and children)
  • HIB - Haemophilus Influenza Type B
  • Influenza
  • MMR - Measles, mumps, and rubella
  • Pneumococcal pneumonia
  • Polio (IPV)
  • Tetanus
  • Varicella (chicken pox)

Fees

A fee of $20 is charged for the administration of vaccines, but no one will be turned away for inability to pay. Our goal is to get all children and adults the vaccines they need.
